All services ordered through this website are provided by HA Support AB (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Flygsupport&#8221; or &#8220;we&#8221;). Flygsupport will be your contractual partner for all services offered.<br>\nThe following general terms and conditions apply to Flygsupport:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. Subject Matter of the Agreement and Flygsupport\u2019s Services<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p> <strong>1.1<br><\/strong>Flygsupport undertakes to pursue and enforce potential compensation claims (and, where applicable, other claims) against airlines on a performance basis under EU Regulation 261\/2004 on air passenger rights or equivalent rules. This includes claims related to canceled, delayed, or overbooked flights (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Claims&#8221;).<br>\nTo pursue a Claim, and after we accept it, you must either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Irrevocably assign your claim to us and grant us the right to pursue the matter further (&#8220;Assignment Process&#8221;), or<\/li>\n<li>Grant us a power of attorney to act on your behalf (&#8220;Power of Attorney Process&#8221;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1.2<\/strong><br>\nFlygsupport primarily seeks to resolve Claims out of court and gathers necessary information from the airline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.3<\/strong><br>\nIf out-of-court measures are unsuccessful, we may engage an Assigned Legal Counsel for legal review of the Claim. Flygsupport bears all related costs if the claim is unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.4<\/strong><br>\nInformation and services presented on our website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flygsupport.se\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.flygsupport.se<\/a>), including compensation calculators, do not constitute a binding offer to enter into an agreement.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2. Formation of the Agreement<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p> <strong>2.1<br><\/strong>You initiate our services by using our compensation calculator and clicking &#8220;Start Claim.&#8221; This constitutes a binding offer to enter into an agreement with us. Flygsupport accepts your offer either via written confirmation (e.g., by email) or by initiating the claims process.<br>\n<strong>2.2<\/strong><br>\nYou are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is complete and accurate. Any changes to this information (e.g., contact details) must be communicated to us immediately.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>3. Fees<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p> <b>3.1<br><\/b><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Flygsupport charges a fee according to our current price list (hereinafter &#8220;Fee&#8221;). The Fee is only applicable if we successfully enforce the Claim.<\/span><\/p><p>\n<strong>3.2<\/strong><br>\nThe Fee amount depends on whether we engage an Assigned Legal Counsel. Payment and Accounting<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p> <strong>4.1<br><\/strong>We deduct our Fee before compensation is paid to you.<\/p><p>\n<strong>4.2<\/strong><br>\nUpon receiving payment from the airline, we settle and transfer your share to the account you provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.3<\/strong><br>\nAny bank fees for international transfers are your responsibility.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>5. Your Obligations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p> <b>5.1<br><\/b><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">You must cooperate with Flygsupport by providing necessary documentation (e.g., boarding passes, booking confirmations).<\/span><\/p><p>\n<strong>5.2<\/strong><br>\nIf you receive payment directly from the airline, you must notify us immediately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.3<\/strong><br>\nDuring the term of the agreement, you may not engage others to pursue the same Claim.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>6. Engagement of Legal Counsel<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p> <b>6.1<br><\/b><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Flygsupport may engage an Assigned Legal Counsel for legal actions. We cover all costs.<\/span><\/p><p>\n<strong>6.2<\/strong><br>\nYou must cooperate with the Assigned Legal Counsel and respond to inquiries.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>7. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p> You may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.<br>\nTo exercise this right, contact us at <a rel=\"noopener\">hej@flygsupport.se<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>8. Affiliate Program<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p> <b>8.1 Approval of Application<br><\/b><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Flygsupport reserves the right to approve or reject your application to the Affiliate Program at its sole discretion. Decisions are final and not subject to legal recourse.<\/span><\/p><p>\n<strong>8.2&nbsp;<\/strong><strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Commission Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commissions are paid monthly after referred claims remain active for at least 31 days.<\/li>\n<li>Self-referrals or commissions on your own accounts are prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>No payouts for refunds\/chargebacks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8.3 Termination of Agreement<\/strong><br>\nYour participation may be terminated immediately for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Misleading advertising\/spam<\/li>\n<li>Promotion on websites with illegal content<\/li>\n<li>Failure to disclose affiliate links per FTC guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Infringement of intellectual property rights<\/li>\n<li>Unauthorized rebates\/bonuses from your commission<\/li>\n<li>Suspected fraud\/self-referrals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8.4 Marketing Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use only approved text\/graphics or your own compliant materials.<\/li>\n<li>Classified ads, emails, and print media require prior consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8.5 Coupons and Offers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only pre-approved affiliates may promote specific coupon codes.<\/li>\n<li>Bidding on keywords like &#8220;Flygsupport discount&#8221; in ads is prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>No cookie tracking via popups\/iframes without explicit user action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8.6 Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy<\/strong><br>\nWritten permission from Flygsupport is required before launching PPC campaigns.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.7 Liability and Risks<\/strong><br>\nFlygsupport is not liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indirect damages (e.g., lost commissions)<\/li>\n<li>Technical tracking errors<\/li>\n<li>Website downtime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8.8 Term of Agreement<\/strong><br>\nEffective upon program approval until termination.
